Services for Lester Ferdig, 78, of Omaha were Wednesday, March 8, at Boyd E Braman Mortuary in Omaha. Burial was in Memorial Park at Sioux City, Iowa.

He is survived by daughters and sons-in-law, Shirley and William McDonald and Marilyn and Gerry Beam, all of Bennington; Sherry and Kenny Peary of Sacramento, California; Marlena Countryman, Sioux City, Iowa; a son and daughter-in-law, Marvin and Trish Ferdig, Sterling, Colorado; 13 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
