Preceded in death by stepfather, Mark Buchanan. Survived by mother, Gail Buchanan; father, David Sappenfield (Madonna); sisters, Lori Polen and Barb Payne; brothers, Jeff Buchanan (Shirley) and Todd Buchanan (Chris); other relatives and many friends.

Services Friday, August 11th at 11 a.m. at the Bel Air Chapel, 12100 W. Center Rd. In lieu of flowers, memorial to Nebraska Humane Society.
