Van Horn, Tami Lynn

Age 58 of Prairie Village, KS, formerly of Omaha. Tami lived a vibrant life that changed abruptly when a car accident permanently impaired her body. But her courage and loving spirit never wavered, and she continued to touch those who remained in her life. Tami was preceded in death by her grandparents Earl and Alice Van Horn and Ned and Irma Tyson. She was survived by her parents Russell and Susan Van Horn, Deborah Fleming (Jim), Jenifer Majeck, Michelle Witters (Dan); nephews and nieces, Jeffry Grassmeyer (Abby), Justin Grassmeyer (Chelsea) Aaron and Jonathan Malec, and Jessica and Emery Witters; special friends, Dale, Rick, Dave and Brady Schwartz, Teri, Nick and Liam Eisenberg, and Shari Bonner; many aunts, uncles, cousins, loving caregivers and friends.

Memorial service to be announced at a later date.
