Survived by sons and daughters-in-law, David and Nancy Scheer, Overland Park, KS, Richard and Heidi Scheer, Gretna, NE, Rodney and Casey Scheer, Blair, NE; daughters and sons-in-law, Nancy and David Burke and Cindy and Marlan Burki, Papillion, NE, Dee and Mark Walker, Colorado Springs, CO, Lisa and Jeff Alfrey, Elkhorn, NE; sisters, Jerelene McBride and Marie Wallace; 19 grandchildren; and 15 great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.

FUNERAL MASS Saturday 10am St. Columbkille Catholic Church. Interment Cedar Dale Cemetery. VISITATION Friday 1-8pm with family receiving friends from 6-8pm, Wake service 7pm. Memorials suggested to: the Alzheimers Assn. or Elkhorn Public Schools Foundation: Nick Alfrey Memorial Scholarship Fund.
