W.T. SPELTS DIES ENROUTE TO LINCOLN HOSPITAL

Mrs. J.P. Jensen left for North Platte early Friday morning with her grandson, Sam Jensen Jr., a student at the University at Lincoln, to be with her daughter-in-law, Mrs. W.T. Spelts, following the death of her husband Thursday night. Mrs. Spelts is the former Mrs. Soren Jensen.

Mr. Spelts, 49, had been ill several months. He had been hospitalized in North Platte since Wednesday, and died in an ambulance enroute to a Lincoln hospital.

Mr. Spelts is of a family of lumbermen and served as auditor and secy-treas. of the Spelts lumber companies.

Funeral services were held at 2:30 P.M. Saturday at the Presbyterian Church with burial in the North Platte Cemetery.
