EDWIN JOHNS

Edwin Johns, son of Mr. and Mrs. Samuel J. Johns of Wichita, Kansas passed away May 22, 1930, nearly twenty four years of age.

The remains were brought to Blair and funeral services held from the Christian church Monday, May 26, Rev. Hargett officiating.

Edwin was born in Blair May 28, 1906. He moved with his parents to Omaha eight years ago, and there he graduated from Technical high school. Later the family moved to Wichita. In April, 1930, he completed a course in undertaking at Kansas City and received a license as a graduate mortician.

He is survived by his parents, two sisters, Mrs. Marie Wulf of Omaha and Mildred at home and one brother, Meredith, at home.
