Loving Grandmother and Great-grandmother

Nancy N. Williamsen, 75, of Blair, died Thursday, Aug. 11, 2011, at Memorial Community Hospital in Blair.

Services were Monday, Aug. 15, at Campbell-Aman Funeral Home in Blair. Interment was in the Blair Cemetery.

Nancy N. Newell was born Sept. 19, 1935, in Blair, to Donald and Frances (Bross) Newell. She was a graduate of Blair High School.

She married Harold S. Williamsen on Jan. 3, 1953, in Kansas City, Mo. She was always a very caring person, and a loving grandmother and great-grandmother.

She is survived by three sons and daughters-in-law, Mark and Mary Williamsen of LaVista, Gary Williamsen, and Mike and Roxanne Williamsen, all of Blair; four grandchildren, Melissa, Derek, Kori and Kodi; one great-granddaughter, Alayna; sister-in-law, Ila Newell of Omaha; brother-in-law and spouse, Lee Roy and Margaret Williamsen of Elkhorn; two nephews, Randy Williamsen and Robert Luyendyk; two nieces, Sheryl Canu and Joyce Luyendyk.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold; brother, Lee. B. Newell; sister-in-law Lorraine.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the Washington County Food Bank or the Blair Family YMCA.
