From a copy of the Daily Record, Wooster, Ohio, we learn of the death of George Steele on Wednesday, February 22, at the advanced age of 79 years. The funeral was held the following Friday at the home on Spruce Street. Interment was made in the Wooster Cemetery. Mr. Steele had been a sufferer from paralysis for many months prior to his death. He is survived by his wife. Both will be well and kindly remembered here, where they lived for a good many years. They went from here to Denver, later moving to West Virginia. They had lived at Wooster for the past five years. Mr. Steele was a veteran of the Civil Was and was for years advance man for a large circus.
