THEO. KLABUNDE
Theodore Henry Carl Klabunde was born in Germany Oct. 28, 1886, and passed away June 26, 1933. He came to America with his grandparents in 1892, his parents having come over two years earlier. They came to Nebr. and located near Ft. Calhoun. In 1908 he was married to Marjorie Hineline of DeSoto, Nebraska, and the same year came to Blair where he spent the greater part of his life. In April, 1900 he was confirmed in the German Lutheran Church of Blair.
He leaves a wife, Marjorie Klabunde, and two children, Olive Marie, aged 14 and LaVerne, aged 9, his father, John Klabunde, four brothers, John, Alfred, Carl and Walter and six sisters, Bertha, Marie, Ella, Minnie, Elsie and Edna, all of Minnesota, a sister, Martha, a brother, Ernest, of Nebraska and a sister, Annie, of South Dakota, all living. The mother, one sister and one brother, having preceded him in death.
He was for a number of years a faithful member of Jonathan Lodge, No. 25, I.O.O.F. of Florence, Nebraska, these brothers having charge of the service at the cemetery.
