FORMER BLAIR PHYSICIAN DIES

Word recently received by Blair relatives bears the news of the death of Dr. J. S. Mortlock, a former resident of Blair. Dr. Mortlock came from Michigan to Scribner and later to Blair in about 1892, living here until 1907 when he sold his practice and home to Dr. A. W. Fees. He later located in California. His wife died two years ago this month. At his death he was 88 years old. He is an uncle of our townsman H. S. Mortlock.
