Mrs. Han Staben

Mrs. Hans Staben, who was brought from Herman to Ft. Calhoun, (Nebraska) cemetery Feb. 19, 1913, was , with her husband and family, our neighbor in the early 70's and has lived in this county ever since. We knew her as bright, active, German wife and mother and a good neighbor

The Vig Files at the Danish American Archives has her maiden name recorded as Rohwer and the she had seven children, four who are still living at the time of her death. The children are George, Lena, John and Chris.
