MRS. M. BERGMANN DIES AT 82

Mrs. Margaret Bergmann, aged 82, passed away at her home in the Washington community south of Blair Wednesday afternoon, November 15th. Born in Germany, Mrs. Bergmann had been a resident of the Richland township for the past fifty eight years.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Fred Bergmann, who passed away thirty five years ago. Surviving are four sons, John of Green Acres, Washington, Fred at home, George near Washington, Nebraska and Ben near Orum; two daughters, Mrs. Anna Puls oaf Bennington and Mrs. Amanda Paasch of O’Niell, Nebraska; three brothers, Henry and Claus Rathmann of Wayne and Chris Rathmann of Bloomfield; several grandchildren and a host of friends.

Although nothing definite has been planned yet, it is thought that services will be held at the home on Saturday afternoon. Burial will be made in the German cemetery.
