FATHER OF BLAIR PASTOR IS DEAD

Thomas Olsen Ruback, step-father of Pastor George Palleson of the First Lutheran church, died at his home at 738 North 21st Street in Blair Tuesday. He was 77 years old. Mr. Ruback was a retired farmer and had moved to Blair about a year ago. He was born in Denmark April 2, 1883.

Mr. Ruback is survived by his wife Anna and a son, Thomas Ruback, of Orange, California and by two step-sons, the Rev. George Palleson, of Blair and Harold Palleson of Yorba Linda, California. A brother, Ole Ruback, lives in Denmark.

There are five grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held tomorrow (Friday) at the First Lutheran church in Blair at 2 P.M. and interment will be made in the Blair cemetery. The Bendorf Funeral Home will be in charge of arrangements.
