GEORGE GETTY DIES IN CALIFORNIA

George Getty, a native of Blair, died in California on June 17. Deceased was born June 28, 1881, and was educated in Blair, graduating from the Blair High school. He was the younger son of the late Mrs. Edna Murray and a grandson of the late Alex Reed, a man of distinction in the community in the earlier days.

After graduating, George went to California where he married. He leaves to mourn his passing his wife and children. He also leaves a brother, Fred of Montana and an aunt, Mrs. Julia Zimmerman of Omaha.
