FORMER COUNTY BUSINESSMAN DEAD
William Howell of Chicago, for several years proprietor of an Arlington harness shop, died early last week in Chicago. Services were conducted on Thursday.
Survivors include four daughters, Mrs. Rosa M. Blackburn, Mrs. Reuben Swanson and Miss Berta Howell of Chicago; and Mrs. Roy Beckworth of Alliance.
