The remains of Mrs. Dietrich Toebben, who died at her home south of town on January 20th following a lingering illness due to her declining years, were laid to rest in the family lot in the Brown Creek Lutheran cemetery near the church on Monday afternoon with Rev. Wolters officiating. Mrs. Toebben was about 71 years old when she died, and leaves a family of two sons and her husband to mourn her demise. The sons are Henry, who resides on the home farm and Frantz, who is interested in mining in California. She was an aunt of Henry, Frank and H. D. Schoettger of this county.
