On last Monday at noon John Linden died at the home of his mother, Mrs. Henrietta Linden on west Colfax street.

The deceased was the oldest son of Mrs. Linden, and had been sick since last February, having spent three months in the Blair hospital.

With his mother and sister, Miss Anna, he moved to Blair this fall from the farm as he was unable to work longer.

He leaves, besides his mother, a sister Miss Anna, and two brothers, Frank and Will, as immediate relatives to mourn his death.

Funeral services were held on Wednesday at 2 o’clock from the German Lutheran church, and burial in Blair cemetery.
