The news of the death of Ed T. Farnsworth, for 30 years an attorney in Omaha, reached Blair Monday. Mr. Farnsworth was a former Washington county boy, teaching school at one time and was also in the grocery business here. He is a brother of Mrs. Wm. Hall who resides on 3rd and South street. He is survived by his wife and three children, Horace H. of South Dakota; Albert M. of Chicago and a daughter, Miss Emma Farnsworth. Funeral services were held Wednesday under Odd Fellows auspices, and burial was made in Graceland Park cemetery. Members of the Douglas bar association and Odd Fellows acted as pallbearers.
