FORMER BLAIRITE IS AUTO VICTIM
Mr. and Mrs. Tom Bracken of Emerson, Nebraska, former Blair people, left Emerson about August 20th on a visit to Mrs. Bracken’s relatives in Indiana. While on the way they were in an automobile wreck in which Mrs. Bracken lost her life and Tom was so badly injured that as yet it is uncertain as to his recovery.
Mrs. Bracken was buried in the Blair cemetery last Monday. Mr. Bracken was reared in Blair. He has spent his entire life in the employ of the railroad, and is now holding the responsible position of inspector of construction work with his office in Emerson.
