FRANK NEWELL’S DEATH LEARNED
Blair friends learned this week of the death of Frank Newell, a former resident here who passed away at Central City, Nebraska on February 18 following a week’s hospitalization.
Born at Amherst, Massachusetts on November 21, 1861, Mr. Newell came to Nebraska with his parents when a young man. He was employed on the railroad, but for the past twenty years had lived in retirement with his sister, Mrs. Foster of Central City. Survivors include two sisters, a twin, Mrs. Flora Brown of Denver and Mrs. Foster; and a brother, Robert, in Cuba.
