BORMER COUNTIAN BURIED IN FREMONT
Burial rites were held in Fremont last Friday afternoon at the Fred Bader Funeral Home for Augusta Ruwe Hoelscher, 59, of Pasadena, California, native Washington countian. Rev. F. C. Schuldt of Hastings was in charge of the services.
Pallbearers were William Blatter of Blair; Luther Monke of Fontanelle; Harry Osterman and Richard Newcom of Arlington; and James Softly, Avoca.
Mrs. Hoelscher, who died at her home in Pasadena following a lingering illness, was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William Ruwe, pioneers of Arlington vicinity. She was married to Henry Hoelscher on September 20, 1905, and nine years later they moved to California. Surviving are two sons, Bernard and Carl of Pasadena; one grandchild; a sister, Mrs. Henry Monke of Fontanelle; and four brothers, Henry of Blair, Edward and Albert of Fremont, and Jess of Los Angeles, California.
