VICTOR JAEGER, 91
Memorial services for Victor Jaeger, 91, of Blair, were held Monday, May 17, 2004, at the Good Shepherd Lutheran Chapel. Mr. Jaeger died Wednesday, May 12, at Good Shepherd Lutheran Home.
Victor Jaeger was born Aug. 27, 1912, in York to William and Josephine (Hand) Jaeger.
On July 29, 1939, he married Mildred Borland in Beatrice.
Mr. Jaeger worked in the construction business in Blair. He also worked for Kelly Ryan and the Blair Police Department in the late 1950s and early 1960s.
He is survived by two daughters and a son-in -law, Lucretia and Don Galloway of Underwood, Iowa, and Ruth Daniels of Blair; a son, William; two sisters, Opal Nelson of Lincoln and Grace Schenck of Beatrice; half-brother, Bernard Jaeger of York; five grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Mildred; two daughters, one son, and one great-grandson, three sisters, one brother and one half-brother.
Campbell-Aman Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
