The remains of D. J. Lee arrived for interment in the Blair cemetery on the early train from Omaha this morning. He was a former resident of this city and was an old soldier. At the time of his death deceased was residing in Omaha. The remains were met at the depot by the hearse and a large number of the friends of the family, from which place burial took place.

#2-13 July, 1905 - The Blair Democrat - Daniel J. Lee

The remains of Daniel J. Lee arrived from Omaha yesterday morning, and were laid to rest in the Blair cemetery. Mr. Lee was a former resident of Blair, being one of the first to locate here and was buried under G.A.R. auspices.
