18 May, 1905 - The Blair Democrat - Benjamin Ketchmark
Word was received here Monday of the death at Tekamah of little Benjamin, the six weeks old son of Mr. and Mrs. Emil Ketchmark. Mrs. Henry Ketchmark immediately went up there to lend her help and consolation to the bereaved parents and make arrangements for the funeral. The remains were brought here Tuesday morning, and the funeral services held at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Ketchmark at three o’clock p.m., Rev. Conley officiating. Mesdames Logan Baker and Dr. Schafer accompanied the parents from Tekamah, Mr. and Mrs. Hugh Coulter and Mr. and Mrs. Geo. Richards of California Junction and John Ketchmark, the grandfather from Calhoun, were among the outsiders who attended the funeral and offered words of comfort and cheer to the bereaved parents in the loss of their first and only child.
