YOUTH DIES UNDER TRUCK
Charles Grimm, 17, Was Victim Near Florence Monday Afternoon
Charles C. Grimm, 17 year old youth who lives at Nashville, was killed Monday afternoon when a tow truck he was driving overturned on a sharp corner north of Florence. The accident occurred on U.S. 73 about a half mile north of the Omaha city limits.
The youth lived with his mother, Mrs. Grace Grimm, at Nashville.
The truck, owned by Glen Johnson, who operates a service station on north thirtieth street, had taken the vehicle to answer a call to help start a car. Tire marks showed that the truck skidded 69 feet before going over while rounding the corner. Grimm was pinned under the truck and was dead before aid could arrive.
The youth was well known to many in the southeast part of this county.
