MRS. AMANDA HEITMANN BURIED IN BENNINGTON

Mrs. Amanda Heitman, 84, of the Garryowen neighborhood died last Friday, April 13th at a convalescent home in Omaha. She was born in Germany and came to this country when quite young. The family settled in Omaha.

After her marriage the couple farmed for a number of years until the husband died. One son and three daughters survive. She made her home for a number of years with her daughter, Mrs. Louis Keuhls of Garryowen.

Funeral service were held Monday at 2 p.m. from the Zion Lutheran church south of Bennington, and interment under the supervision of the Sievers Funeral Home in Calhoun was made in the Flower Cemetery south of Calhoun.
