HENRY KUHLS DIES AT 84 YEARS
Henry Kuhls, living ten miles east of Hooper, passed away the first of the week at his farm home. He was born in Germany on November 8, 1866, and came to this country with his parents at the age of 5 years.
On March 10th, 1897, he was married to Louise Stork of Arlington. Two sons and three daughters and the wife survive him. The sons are Paul and Walter and the daughters are Mrs. L. F. Bartling, Viola and Esther. Two sisters, Mrs. Henry Bartling and Mrs. Henry Brandert all of the Hooper community survive.
Funeral services were held on Wednesday at 1 p.m. in the Immanuel Lutheran church with Rev. E. Eckhardt officiating, and interment was made in the church cemetery.
