Orval C. Cole, 80, of Blair, died Sunday, Dec. 17, 2000, in Omaha.

Funeral services were held Dec. 21, 2000 at Roeder Mortuary in Omaha. Interment was at the Blair Cemetery.

Orval Carmichael Cole was born Oct. 24, 1920, in Blair. He was involved in the construction industry as a master carpenter, and was a member of Carpenter's Local #444.

He is survived by his wife, Virginia; daughter and son-in-law, Cathy and Jeff Krutz, son, Mike Cole, and seven grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his daughters, Virginia, Carol and Andrea.

Memorials are suggested to Methodist Hospice.

Roeder Mortuary in Omaha was in charge of arrangements.
