DETLEF WULF DIES OF HEART ATTACK
Death came suddenly and unexpectedly Sunday to Detlev Wulf of this city. He had not been feeling well for several days, but was not bedfast. The heart attack which ended his life came suddenly at 12:45 o’clock Sunday as he walked out onto the porch.
Deceased was born west of Blair on April 30, 1882, and was married to Miss Sena Jensen February 20th, 1907. Three children were born to Mr. and Mrs. Wulf. One daughter who died fifteen years ago and two sons, Bernard and James, who farm west of Blair.
Besides the wife and two sons already mentioned, he leaves one brother, Fred Wulf and two sisters, Mrs. Katie Kuhr and Mrs. Eda Reeh and five grandchildren, all of whom mourn their loss.
When Mr. and Mrs. Wulf married they moved to a farm in the Rose Hill school district where they lived for 39 years, when they retired and moved to Blair three years ago last March.
Funeral services under the supervision of the Bendorf Funeral Home were held Wednesday afternoon at 2 pm. from the First Lutheran church with Rev. H. C. Jorgensen giving the funeral theme, and interment was made in the Blair cemetery.
