Jesse Adam Breitkreutz, 27, of Tilden, died July 18, 2010, as a result of a car accident.

A memorial service was held Thursday, July 22, at Brockhaus-Harlan Funeral Home in Tilden.

Jesse Adam Breitkreutz, son of Scott and Cindy (Hagedorn) Breitkreutz and Kevin and Rhonda (Lang) Heldt, was born July 4, 1983, at West Point. He attended Northeast Community College in Norfolk.

On Feb. 14, 2010, he became engaged to Ashley Madajczyk. The couple has one daughter together, Ava Jo.

Mr. Breitkreutz lived in West Point, Fremont, Blair and Tilden. He worked as a lab assistant at Valero in Albion, and was a member of the Ethanol Club.

He is survived by his fiancée, Ashley Madajczyk, and daughter, Ava Jo Breitkreutz, both of Tilden; parents, Scott and Cindy Breitkreutz of Blair, and Kevin and Rhonda Heldt of Tilden; brothers and sisters, Tanya and Tom Lindahl of Coos Bay, Ore., Lexi Breitkreutz, Reggie Breitkreutz, and JJ Breitkreutz all of Blair, Ashly Heldt of Lincoln, and Jacob Heldt of Tilden; and one nephew, Cameron Lindahl of Coos Bay.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Mel and Marion Breitkreutz.
