DEATH OF MRS. R. PETERSEN

Mrs. Rasmus Petersen, mention of whose serious illness was made in these columns last week, died last Sunday, and the funeral was held from the Rose Hill church Tuesday morning, and interment made in the Blair cemetery, Rev. Shick officiating.

Deceased was born in Hamilton county, Ohio Sept. 6, 1835, and was married to Rasmus Petersen in 1877, coming to Nebraska a few months later, where she made her home up to the time of her death. She has been in poor health for the past year, but about ten days ago was stricken with apoplexy and lingered until last Sunday.
