FORMER BLAIR LADY DIES AT WINSIDE, NEBR., HOME
Mrs. Nels Andersen died at her home at Winside, Nebr. July 4, 1921, aged 30 years and 24 days. The body arrived in Blair today for interment.
Bessie Irene Marple was born in Blair, Nebr. June 10, 1891, and was united in marriage to Nels Andersen at Herman Sept. 22, 1909. She was the mother of four children, who survive to mourn the loss of a mother’s tender love: Robert, aged 10; Ruth, 9; Harold, 5; and a tiny infant, Eugene, only four days old. Besides the children, are her husband, her father and stepmother, three full brothers, two full sisters, four half sisters and five half brothers, many relatives and a host of friends to regret her early demise. Her own mother died a number of years ago.
Funeral services were conducted by Rev. Joseph Johnson at the Methodist church at 2 p.m. today, a large concourse of friends being present.
