Wednesday of this week postmaster Cook received a telegram from Wausa, Neb., stating that Mrs. Charles Cook had died of pneumonia at 1:45 that morning. Her age was nearly 40 years, and the family moved from Blair five years ago. She leaves a husband and five children: Blanche (married), Raymond, Emma, Lucian and Dean. She leaves a large circle of friends in Oakland and this city who sympathize with the family.
