Sharon taught Home Economics to middle school children in Nebraska and Wisconsin. She championed and supported the education of middle school children her entire teaching career from 1965 to 2004.
Preceded in death by parents, Raymond and Virginia Wright; brother, Dr. Steven Wright, DVM. Survived by husband, Stephen Skinner; daughter, Sarah Haver (Joel), grandchildren, Jay and Jillian Haver; sisters, Sandra Fishko, Susan Arp; nieces; nephews; in-laws; and many friends. Grateful thanks to the many healthcare workers who helped sustain Sharon's life.
Family will receive friends on Tuesday, July 27th from 5pm to 8pm at the West Center Chapel. Internment: Private Ceremony later. In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the Millard Public Schools Foundation or Planned Parenthood.
