Services were held Sunday at Immanuel Lutheran Church east of Hooper, for Mrs. Adolph Schurman, 48 of Nickerson, who died Thursday in an Omaha hospital.

Per husband, Mr. Schurman is well known in the Blair area having played baseball for the Blair town team several years ago.
