CARSON - On Saturday morning, October 2nd, Wm. Carson of Blair, aged 71 years.

Mr. Carson was one of the early settlers, having located near the present site of Blair in 1864.

The funeral took place on Sunday from his late residence, and the services were conducted by Rev. G. W. Wainwright.
