SUDDEN DEATH
Mr. Warner Norse, father of Mrs. Samuel Osborn of Herman, died very suddenly Monday evening. He went from Mr. Osborn’s, where he has resided for years, to the lake to fish, starting afternoon. As he did not return at night, a party went to look for him and found him lying in the boat with his head hanging out. He was senseless, but not yet dead. They started for home, about a mile distant, but he died on the way. A mark on his forehead indicated that he might have fallen against the side of the boat. He had been quite feeble for some time.
