#1-March 18, 1897- The Pilot- Henry A. Crist
Henry Crist, who lived three miles west of Arlington, died Monday morning at six o’clock of general disability. He has been failing in the last few years and his death was not altogether unexpected. The funeral was held Tuesday at one o’clock.

The News regrets to announce the death of Henry Crist, which occurred Wednesday morning. For many years he has been in failing health and his demise has been expected for some time. He resided three miles west of town and has always been recognized as a public spirited, honest man. The funeral occurred Tuesday and a large cortege followed the remains to their final home.
