Thursday, December 24, 1896 - The Pilot - Mrs. S. A. Potter
The remains of Mrs. S. A. Potter, who died in an Omaha hospital, were brought to Blair this week Tuesday, for interment in the Blair cemetery. The Rev. S. A. Potter was a former Episcopal minister at this place, but now resides with his family at Kearney, at which place his wife was taken sick, when she was sent to Blair and was later taken to a hospital in Omaha. The services occurred at the Episcopal church at two o'clock Tuesday after noon, and were attended by a large concourse of friends of the Potter family. Rev. Talbot, pastor of the church, officiated. The sorrowing family have the sympathy of the entire community in the loss of a wife and mother.
