Hans Staben living on the old McCarthy farm, near Coffman's lost a beautiful little child thirty-two months old yesterday, and buried it today in our Ft. Calhoun Nebraska Cemetery. Bro. Chase officiated, and a large number of his neighbors sympathize with the grief stricken parents.

Note: No burial records were located in the Fort Calhoun Cemetery.
