C.H. Wiese, aged seventy-eight years, died at his home on Colfax Street last Monday. Mr. Wiese was a pioneer to the county and at one time was quite an extensive property owner. His wife died while he still lived in Germany. Since coming here he has made his home with a sister. Rev. Williams preached the funeral sermon. Interment took place in the Blair Cemetery.
