Funeral services for Thomas Steven Gillett, 89 years of age, who died Thursday at Plattsmouth, were held today (Monday) at the Campbell Mortuary.

The Rev. Dale Dunning of the Christian Church officiated with interment in Blair Cemetery.

Mr. Gillett was born December 15, 1870, at Mondamin, Iowa. He is survived by his wife, Harriet Jane; daughters, Mrs. Edna McManigal of Blair; Mrs. Grace Marcoe of Phoenix, Arizona; Mrs. Bertha Gilkey of Edgemont, South Dakota; Mrs. Violet Bower of Seattle, Washington; Mrs. Rose Marcellus of Pullman, Washington; Mrs. Marjorie Walker of Pendleton, Oregon; sons, Charles of Broadwater, Nebraska; Glen of Phoenix, Arizona; Carroll of Queens Creek, Arizona, and Everett of Rapid City, South Dakota. A half-brother, Ray Gillett lives in Blair.
