Eugene was a much loved, kind and gentle man who loved people and had a great sense of humor. He was outgoing and provided joy to those around him. He will be deeply missed by his fam- ily and friends.

He is survived by Ro- berta Parrish (daughter), Ted and Tammy Par- rish(son and daughter-in-law) and Janice Alcaparras (daughter). He is also survived by his stepssons and their spouses, Brad and Annette Keeling and Robert and Debbie Keeling, plus multiple grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Burial was in the National Cemetery in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
