Dennis Neil Moore, age 83, of Blair passed away Nov. 20, 2024. Memorial services will be held Monday, Dec. 2, 2024, at 2 p.m. at Campbell Aman Funeral Home in Blair.

Dennis was born March 26, 1941, in Shenandoah, Iowa, the son of Owen and Eunice Moore. Dennis graduated from high school in Englewood, Colorado, and then joined the U.S. Air Force. After his honorable discharge from the Air Force Dennis began his career.

Dennis predated the personal computer by using computers to do billing for some of the most successful companies in the Midwest. He worked for the Department of Revenue in Denver, Colorado, Davis Brothers in Albuquerque, New Mexico, Earl May in Shenandoah, Iowa, Gurney’s in Yankton, South Dakota, and Mid America Computer Corp. in Blair, Nebraska.

Dennis loved collecting baseball cards, watching westerns, reading Louis L’Amour books and playing games, especially pinochle with friends.

Dennis is survived by his wife, Barbara. Children: Eric (Nancy) Moore, Jennifer (Donald) Scott, Aaron (Shelley) Moore and Christopher (Quyen) Moore. Grandchildren: Adam, Zachary, Alexandria, Joshua, Jade, Trenton, Blake, Hailey and Marisa. He is also survived by his brother Phillip (Kay) Moore, nieces and nephews, extended family and friends.
