Sue Neff-Richards, age 73 of Blair, passed away peacefully January 5, 2025, at Pacific Springs Immanuel in Omaha, Nebraska. A memorial service will be held at Pacific Springs Retirement Community, 805 S. 173rd Court, beginning at 1 p.m., Thursday, January 9, with a cake and coffee reception following.

Funeral services will be held Friday, January 10, at Campbell Aman Funeral Home with visitation beginning at 9 a.m. and service beginning at 11 a.m., followed by burial in the Blair Cemetery.

Sue was born April 16, 1951, in Kansas City, Kansas, the daughter of William and Carolee Alexander. She grew up in Norfolk, Nebraska, and attended Norfolk High School. Sue went on to earn her Bachelor's in Business Administration from The University of Nebraska at Omaha.

She started her career at Woodmen of the World Life Insurance in Omaha and dedicated her time and strengths with the organization she loved until her retirement in 2013.

In 1985 she was united in marriage to Jeff Richards, and much of their time was spent together enjoying the game of golf at various courses around the country. Sue's passion was spending time with her daughter and granddaughter in San Francisco, and shopping coast to coast. Sue will always be remembered as a strong independent woman, with impeccable taste.

Sue is survived by her daughter Heather (John) Dennis and granddaughter Devan Dennis of San Francisco, California. She is also survived by her brother, Bill Alexander, and her nephew Billy Alexander of Chicago, Illinois, along with extended family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her loving parents and husband Jeff Richards.

Memorials may be directed to the American Alzheimer's Association.
