Sandra Claire Stone, age 73, passed away January 25, 2025. Memorial services will be held Wednesday January 29, 2025, at 10:30 a.m. at Campbell Aman Funeral Home in Blair. Visitation will be held Tuesday January 28, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.

Sandy was born on December 28, 1951, in Blair, Nebraska, the daughter of Aldo and Arlene Dorathy (Dudley). She graduated from Tekamah-Herman High School in 1970. After high school she worked in the community doing different service jobs over the years.

Sandy enjoyed bowling, ceramics and collecting angels. Sandy never met a stranger, and deeply loved her family and friends. She will always be remembered as a person who was there to help others. She truly loved helping raise her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Sandy is survived by her husband Steven Stone; children: son, Jason (Toya) Roberts and his children: JJ Roberts, Janae (Alex) Hamagishi and Peyton Roberts; daughter, Christy Roberts, and her children: Jalessa Roberts, Tiera Williams (Kzhan Jimerson), Derek Williams (Trin Dillenburg) and Sean Williams (Sarah Markesi); great-grandchildren: Demetrius, Bryant, Karter, Raegan, Zaylen and Zari. She is also survived by siblings: Gary (Lori) Dorathy, Gail "Finkel" (Leanne) Dorathy, Pam Bush, Marla (Larry) Hansen, Richard (Leann) Dudley and Gerald (Nan) Dudley, along with countless extended family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, nephew Owen Dorathy, great-granddaughter Makenna and sister-in-law Jean Dudley.
