Daniel Lee Schneider Sr. "Boone" left us, after a courageous battle, On March 29, 2025. As per his request, no services will be held. Just remember him in your prayers and memories.

Daniel was born May 31, 1952 to Raymond and Jeanette (Wrich) Schneider, in Blair, Nebraska. He attended Dornacker country school, went to Blair High School, graduated in 1970.

He married Judy Wulbern in 1972. They were truly blessed with four wonderful sons. He was drafted into the U.S. Army in 1972 and later joined the National Guard. His love of farming started when he was just old enough to drive a tractor and lasted a lifetime. He always loved to operate machinery and drive truck. He was one of the first doing all no-till farming in the county. When not farming, Nebraska football was important to him, regular games and all bowl games were a must. Truck pulling was a great hobby in which he made lifelong friends and acquired a roomful of trophies. Mechanic work and helping others was also part of his life. He loved road trips, but most of all, family was #1, even if sometimes left unsaid.

Daniel was preceded in death by his parents, grandparents, brother Dick, numerous aunts and uncles, and in-laws Bill and Leu Etta. He leaves behind his wife Judy, sons and spouses; Daniel Jr. (Rose), Elliot (June), Kelsey (Tricia), Derrick (Jen), 12 grandchildren, one great grandchild. Brother David (Mary), brother in law John (Linda) and extended family and friends.

He was a big part of our lives and will always be missed. He left us with so much, words can't explain, that we will always cherish.
