Sheets Services Set In Herman

Arlington—Services for Mrs. Mabel Lund Sheets, 76, will be 2pm at the Baptist Church in Herman, Nebraska.

Burial will be at Herman Cemetery with Rev. Zack Kleinsasser officiating.

Mrs. Sheets died Friday at Blair Memorial Community Hospital after a lingering illness.

She was born June 1, 1893 and spent her childhood in the Nashville-Fort Calhoun vicinity.

Mabel Lund was married to Will L. Sheets Sr. on July 9, 1915 in Council Bluffs, Iowa. He died August 3, 1969.

Left to cherish her memory are six sons, Herald, Milford and Will Jr., all of Arlington, Gerald and Wilford of Fremont and LeRoy of Central City, Nebraska; seven daughters, Mrs. John (Elizabeth) Loges, Mrs. Edward (Hazel) Richman, Mrs. Leonard (Iona) Goreham, Mrs. Leo (Inez) Goreham, all of Fremont, Nebraska, Mrs. Walter (Xona) Groves, Omaha, Nebraska, Mrs. Kenneth (Loretta) Kleckner, North Bend, Nebraska and Mrs. Robert (Dorena) Dalton, Scribner, Nebraska; 45 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; two step-grandchildren
