Janiece was born November 26, 1938, in Hillsdale, Kansas, the daughter of Cletes and Mabel (White) Blackburn. In July of 1956, she was united in marriage to Warren Stambaugh. The couple made their home in Hillsdale, Kansas, and were blessed with 3 children. After Warren's passing, Janiece married Charles Arnold in September of 1978 and moved to Oklahoma. She and her family moved to Blair in 1983, where she resided until her death.
Janiece's greatest loves were God and her family. She spent many years teaching Bible classes, speaking at church ladies' days, and being an active member of the Blair Church of Christ. She was also a foster parent to many children over the years and loved being a grandma to her own grandchildren, the children she cared for in her daycare, and the children at church.
Janiece was preceded in death by beloved first husband Warren Stambaugh, second loving husband Charles Arnold, son Rodney Stambaugh, and daughter Ginger Arnold Plants. She is survived by children DaOnda Elliott, Rex (Becca) Stambaugh, Charles Dee (Laura) Arnold, Stacy Stambaugh, and Andy (Regina) Arnold, numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, four brothers, and one sister.
Memorials may be made to the Blair Church of Christ in Janiece's honor.
