Wayne Eugene Oloff

Wayne Eugene Oloff, age 76 of Blair, passed away Saturday December 20, 2025, at his home in Blair. A time of visitation will be held Sunday, December 28, 2025, from 5:00 to 8:00 PM at Campbell Aman Funeral Home in Blair. Military graveside services will be held Monday, December 29, 2025, at 10:30 A.M. at the Blair Cemetery.
Wayne was born June 26, 1949, in Logan, Iowa, the son of Lyle and Betty (Meier) Oloff. He was raised on a farm outside of Logan, Iowa, before moving to the family farm near Portsmouth, Iowa. He attended country school through the eighth grade and then attended and graduated from Woodbine High School in 1967.
He enlisted in the United States Navy in 1968 and served until his honorable discharge in 1972.
In the summer of 1973, he met his future wife, Beth Davis. The couple were married on Nov. 3, 1973. The couple lived outside Missouri Valley for 36 years. In 2011 the couple moved to Blair.
Wayne started his career in Council Bluffs working for NELCO Equipment and then in 1974 he transferred to Missouri Valley Farm Equipment. In 1985 Wayne opened Wayne's Repair in Logan, Iowa, and ran the business till 2001 when he went to work for C and W Services until his retirement.
Wayne loved to camp, fish, read and especially spend time with his family. His family will remember him as the best husband, father and grandfather they could ever ask for.
He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Beth; children Matthew (Betsy) Oloff, and Jennifer (John) Mann; grandchildren Wyatt, Zayne, Riley, Trede and Mason; great-grandchildren Oliver, Stockton and Suede; brothers James (Betty) Oloff, Keith (Bonnie) Oloff, Lyle Oloff Jr., sisters-in-law Ronda Oloff and Carolyn (Ernie) Brenneis, along with many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, father-in-law and mother-in-law Harold and Evelyn Davis, brother Terry Oloff, sister-in-law Cheryl Oloff and brother-in-law Gary Davis.
